Top Hat Boxers was founded in 1994 by Debora and Charles Beasley. Like a lot of baby boomers in the 1950's, my parents purchased a Boxer for my 10th birthday which I named Joe. Joe became my closest friend and companion as we grew up together on our farm in North Carolina. One day in 1964 Joe crossed the Rainbow Bridge without me, I was devastated, but I never got over my love for Boxers. 24 years later (1988)  my wonderful wife Debbie brought me a plain fawn Boxer for my birthday and I named her "Brownie". Brownie went everywhere with me, work, shopping, playing softball and winning the hearts of everyone who met her. In 1994 we purchased a farm and decided to fill it up with the most wonderful animals God ever created, BOXERS. Today we have 12 beautiful Boxers including, Champion Raineylane Top Hat's First or "TOPPER "for short, Champion Top Hat's Rough Rider (J.R.) and Champion Top Hat's You Are It ( URI ) .

In an effort to promote the best qualities of the finest breed of dogs, we joined the Ochlockonee River Kennel Club and began showing our Boxers in August of 2000. The last 6 years has been a whirlwind of opportunity for us to meet and spend time with Boxer breeder and handlers from all over the United States. We have made lifetime friendships with people that love Boxers just as we do.

Today we use every opportunity to spread the word about what a life changing effect owning a Boxer has on people, especially children.
